1. Using clean fingers roll the earplug into a tught cylinder.
2. Reach over your head with one hand and pull the ear slightly upward with one hand, then insert the rolled earplug deep into the ear canal with the other.
3. Fix the plug with your finger until it extends and takes a comfortable position in the ear.
Store in a clean and dry place in the original packaging,protected from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
